4. Enrollment and Payments
Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of applicable fees. Fees may vary based on program, location, and promotional offers. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your enrollment, and failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are granted in accordance with both NextSkillEdge’s policy and the respective institution’s refund guidelines applicable at the time of enrollment. Requests for cancellations or refunds must be submitted within the specified time frame. Certain programs, services, or administrative fees may be non-refundable. 6. User Responsibilities

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of program requirements. NextSkillEdge does not guarantee employment, promotion, or career outcomes following completion of any program.

NextSkillEdge collaborates with universities and institutions globally. While we strive to ensure quality, NextSkillEdge is not liable for any changes or decisions made by partner institutions.
11. Limitation of Liability
NextSkillEdge shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services; interruptions, delays, or technical issues beyond our control; or decisions made by users based on course content or recommendations.
