Refund Policy

At UMS EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (Brand Name: Nextskilledge), we value our learners and aim to maintain transparent, fair policies to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms associated with token amounts and seat booking charges, in alignment with our internal practices and client-centric approach.

1. Token Amount Payment

• Upon confirming a seat with Nextskilledge, learners are required to pay a token amount as per our internal enrollment process.
• This token amount signifies the learner's commitment and enables us to initiate necessary academic and administrative arrangements.
• Note: The token amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is used to reserve a seat and begin backend processing aligned with the learner's interests.

2. Seat Booking Charges

• Nextskilledge charges a seat booking amount of ₹50,000 per learner.
• The following terms apply in the event of booking cancellations or changes initiated by the learner:

Refund Guidelines:

• If a seat is unavailable from our partnered institution or university, a partial refund will be processed after deducting operational charges.
• If the learner voluntarily cancels the seat after booking, the entire booking amount will be non-refundable.
• In case of a delay in document submission from the learner's side, which leads to unavailability of the seat, the amount paid will also be non-refundable.
• In any scenario where a refund is initiated by Nextskilledge, it may take 15–20 working days to process the refund. This timeline is due to coordination with our university partners and the payment gateway team.

3. Exceptions

• UMS EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis, especially under unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.
• Any such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the company and will be final and binding.

4. Miscellaneous Deductions

• Any applicable operational or miscellaneous deductions while processing a refund (if approved) shall be solely at the discretion of Nextskilledge.

5. Policy Revisions

This refund policy is subject to modification or revision at any time. Any updates will be communicated to clients via email or official notice on our website.

By enrolling with Nextskilledge, the learner acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
